Jailyn Ingram Named Conference USA Freshman of the Week

IRVING, Texas - Florida Atlantic University men's basketball player Jailyn Ingram was named Conference USA Freshman of the Week, the conference office announced Monday.

The freshman from Madison, Georgia, tied his career high with 16 points to lead all scorers in the Owls' 78-62 win over USF in their only game last week.

Ingram is averaging 10.7 points per game since entering the starting lineup.

FAU plays at UT-Martin on Tuesday night. Tipoff is set for 8:30 p.m. Eastern and live video of the game will be available on OVCDigitalNetwork.com. Live audio of the game will be broadcast on FAUSports.com and ESPN 106.3 FM, which also has an app for the smartphone.
