Final Results
The Florida Atlantic University men's soccer team (1-11-2, C-USA 1-6) fell 3-0 to conference opponent UAB (5-8, C-USA 2-3) on Saturday night.
The Blazers scored their first goal quick, putting one in the back of the net in the fifth minute of the game. Their second came in the 46th minute. UAB went up 3-0 with their final goal in the 56th minute, scoring off a free kick.
FAU had three total shot attempts in the match coming from Daniel Montoya, Thomas Gallitz, and Patrick Darby. Goalkeeper Phillip Hitpass had five saves to bring his season total to 29.
FAU will host UNF on Wednesday October 28, 2015 for their last home game of the season. The Owls will honor the five seniors Ramon Whittaker, Daniel Montoya, Michael Quinn, Ronald Garcia, and Patrick Darby.
