Boca Raton, FL - Fans can get an all-access look at the Florida Atlantic University women's soccer program through the 2011 Virtual Guide, which is now available at www.fausports.com.
The guide features a look ahead to the fall season, profiles of players and coaches, program history and records, and FAU's role in hosting games this summer for the Boca Raton-based magicJack team of the Women's Professional Soccer League.
The guide also features individual player videos within each profile.
The virtual guide is available here. This is the second straight year that the team has had an online virtual guide, provided through the Proforma Resource Group. The guide was edited and written by Dale Long, assistant director of athletic media relations. The virtual guide was designed by FAU Creative Services.
Florida Atlantic stands 2-0 on the season after a pair of victories over Lynn University and Stetson University two weeks ago. The Owls return to action on Friday, September 2, against Mercer University, starting at 7 p.m. FAU will wrap up the weekend battling the University of Missouri-Kansas City on Sunday, September 4, at noon. Both matches will be at the FAU Soccer Stadium, 777 Glades Road on the Boca Raton campus.
Live statistics of both matches can be found at www.fausports.com.
