Comcast Cable presents the Live Band Concert Series

BOCA RATON, FL - Florida Atlantic University's Athletic Department has partnered with Comcast Cable to present the "Live Band Concert Series," when one band will perform prior to each home game for pre-game fan enjoyment. The FAU football team plays all home games at Lockhart Stadium in Fort Lauderdale.
Each band will begin performing two-and-a-half hours prior to kickoff. Fans are invited to the Hospitality Village in Rally Alley at Lockhart Stadium to join the fun.
MEET THE BANDS
Wyle Fyah - Saturday, September 6 and Saturday, November 8 - Cliff Mayers formed the band Wyle Fyah in 1998 after several intense practice sessions. Mayers and the rest of his band members are versatile vocalists who sing Reggae, Soca, Calypso, Rock, Blues, Oldies and Top 40. The band also is known for its rendition of Louis Armstrong classics. The band has performed for several well-known acts such as Jimmy Buffet, Third World, Inner Circle and Shaggy. For more information on Wyle Fyah, visit www.wylefyah.com.
Panic Disorder - Tuesday, October 7 - This three-member rock band has a unique and versatile stage presence. Danny, the band leader, is known for his assortment of interestingly clever T-shirts and is often considered more of an entertainer than just a musician. Don Cornelius plays bass guitar and brings an amazing power to the stage. Phil is the backbone of the group with his intense drums and fierce sound. Riptide - Saturday, November 15 - Riptide is a Boca Raton-based R&B band. The combination of drums, saxophone, guitars and vocals help round out the unique sound of the four-member band. Riptide performs at a variety of venues and events in Broward and Palm Beach counties.
