Lexington, KY - The Florida Atlantic University Men's Soccer Team lost in its first game of the season to the University of Kentucky 3-0 on Friday night.
Kentucky would take a 1-0 lead in the 15th minute on a goal by Riley O'Neill. O'Neill would score all three Kentucky goals of the match.
The Owls would manage just one shot on goal and attempted only four overall. FAU's only shot on goal came in the 55th minute when Ran Poliker's attempt was stopped by Kentucky keeper Dan Williams.
FAU continues play in the UK Invitational tomorrow when it takes on IUPUI at 5 p.m.
