BOCA RATON, FL -- With quarterback Danny Embick out for the season, Sean Clayton and McKinson Souverain worked with the first-team offense during Monday's practice.
Clayton, a transfer from Michigan State, was very efficient completing short to intermediate passes during drills. Souverain ended practice by connecting with Frantz Simeon on a 60-yard TD strike.
Safety Greg Joseph had the hit-of-the-day as he speared an FAU receiver going over the middle during scout team drills.
Florida Atlantic University will host North Texas on Saturday, 1 p.m., at Dolphins Stadium.
