Florida Atlantic University shot a 307 Tuesday in the second round of the Trans America Athletic Conference Championship to remain in 10th place in Dadeville, AL.
FAU's Matt Anderson fired an even-par 72 to lead the Owls' effort. Anderson, who shot a 77 in Monday's first round, is now tied for 15th individually. Also on Tuesday, Josh Kaplan shot a three-over 75.
FAU is three strokes behind Stetson and Campbell while Georgia State leads the field with a commanding 27-stroke lead over second-place UCF. The championship concludes Wednesday.
