In July 2024, became an assistant strength and conditioning coach for Colorado College
Designed and implemented comprehensive training programs working primarily with women’s basketball, women’s lacrosse as well as assisting with men’s basketball, men’s ice hockey, and women’s soccer while providing leadership and oversight for team training sessions, emphasizing injury prevention, performance enhancement, and recovery strategies
While coaching, women’s basketball achieved the most wins in program history, ranked in national top 25, and reached the NCAA Tournament for the second time in program history, women’s lacrosse ranked in the national top 15 for the first time, conference champions, advanced to the NCAA Tournament second round, and tied record for most wins in a season in program history, cross country/mid distance sprints ranked No. 1 nationally for the first time in program history and won the conference championship, finishing the season sixth nationally, men’s and women’s tennis teams achieved national rankings for the first time in program history, swim & dive won the conference championship for the first time in program history
Utilized background in psychology to support the mental performance and psychological wellbeing of assigned athletes, integrating sport psychology strategies into daily coaching practices
Led the sport science department’s integration of VALD Force Plate/ Force Frame/ Speed Timing Gates Technology, Catapult GPS System, GymAware + Tendo Unit Velocity Based Training, subjective wellness questionnaires, heart rate internal load monitoring via Whoop and Oura Ring, and TeamBuildr into daily protocol to optimize data-driven performance outcomes and athlete monitoring
At Motion Sports Performance
Joined Motion Sports Performance in December of 2023 as a strength and conditioning coach
Coached and developed professional, collegiate, and high school athletes across multiple sports (primarily basketball, volleyball, and lacrosse), while collaborating with sport coaches, physical therapists, and medical sta? to ensure holistic athlete development and continuity of care
Utilized Sport Science technology such as VALD, including force plates and timing gates, Vitruve VBT, and ArisPro to assess athlete performance metrics, monitor progress, and inform programming decisions.
At Alabama
Became a graduate student coach for Alabama in June 2022
Served as primary performance coach for the Alabama cheer team, managing seasonal and annual periodized programs while assisting strength and conditioning coaches for NCAA Division I programs including softball, soccer, track & field, and golf
Partnered with Alabama sport scientists in the implementation and data analysis of performance technologies including EliteForm VBT, 1080 Sprint/Quantum, VALD ForceDecks, and NordBord and also collaborated with athletic trainers and medical sta? to create modified training protocols for injured athletes
Personal Education: Earned Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, Cum Laude, from the University of Alabama, Tuscaloosa in 2021. Furthered her education, receiving Master of Arts in Kinesiology – Exercise Science also from Alabama in December of 2023. Certifications: Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) – National Strength and Conditioning Association Certified Sport Scientist -TeamBuildr CPR/AED Certified – National CPR Foundation Athletics: Three-year member of the Alabama Equestrian Team
