New Orleans Bowl: Member of a special teams unit that continued to play well and helped to set the tone of the game...blocked a punt.
2007: Played in 10 games primarily on special teams...tallied two kick returns versus Monroe and one at Florida...posted a blocked kick at North Texas...earned the special teams game ball following the North Texas game...served as game captain at Kentucky...had three kick returns for a total of 62 yards...also recorded one punt return for 25 yards...recorded a blocked punt against Memphis and recovered a fumble versus Monroe.
2006: Saw action against Middle Tennessee and Southern Utah.
2005: Worked with the scout squad.
2004: Redshirted.
High School: Played for Bill Swats and Matt Perkowski at Cypress Lake and Estero High Schools...named the Gatorade Will-to-Win Athlete of the Month and was selected as a player of the week numerous times...also earned the hit of the week and was a nominee for hit of the year...while at Cypress Lakes he had six passing TDs and four rushing TDs...at Estero he recorded 70 tackles, and forced four fumbles...was a member of the National Honor Society and the Spanish Honors Society...graduated with a 4.13 GPA. and was a two-sport athlete (football and track)...captured the 200 meter dash at Sr. Edison Relays.
