At Liberty
Worked with the 2022 Liberty football team that participated in the 2022 Boca Raton Bowl after a special season
At Florida Atlantic
Joined the Florida Atlantic University strength and conditioning staff in January of 2021 as an assistant for the Owls’ football team
At Kansas
Served as a volunteer assistant strength and conditioning coach for the University of Kansas from January-December of 2020
Assisted in the implementation of all aspects of strength and conditioning programs for including strength training, linear and multi-directional speed development, and mobility/corrective exercise programs
Aided in implementation of Coach Les Miles’ 4th Quarter off-season program
Programmed and implemented in-season training regimen for Kickers and Punters, organized alternate conditioning and lifting workouts for injured players and created the position group specific and supplemental core work outs

Earned the opportunity to participate in the Oakland Raiders’ Rookie Minicam and Camp Tryout (May and August 2018)
Participated with Your Call Football from February through March of 2019
Prior to his professional football opportunities Marco served as the 2017 Washburn team captain ad was a member of the Washburn baseball team from August of 2014-May of 2016
Earned All-MIAA Honorable Mention in 2016 and All-MIAA First Team in 2017
Named a Ben Muir Six Second Competitor in 207 and was the Washburn Outstanding Offensive Lineman in 2017
Personal Born: Education: Earned a Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology with a concentration in exercise physiology from Washburn in May 2020 Certifications: CSCS certified as well as in AED and First Aid
