Hunter Greer joined the Florida Atlantic University football staff in the summer of 2016 as an Operations Intern and then moved into helping with recruiting. As an assistant to the Director of Football Operations, he is involved in all aspects of team travel, meals, and day to day operations. Additionally, Greer assists the recruiting department and played a role in helping FAU sign the highest rated recruiting class in the program history (2017). In January of 2019, he was named Assistant Director of Football Operations.

Prior to FAU, Greer spent a summer in Kingston, Jamaica as part of the Lacrosse Volunteer Corps where he coached and helped run lacrosse camps throughout the city. He also spent time with the Philadelphia Eagles as a Ticket and Fan Services Intern where he also assisted the Eagles' Operations staff during OTAs.

Greer graduated Magna Cum Laude from Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science degree in Sport Administration. He obtained a master's degree from FAU's World renowned Sports MBA program in the summer of 2018.
