Education: Earned a Bachelor of Science with a focus on Exercise Science from Ithaca College ’15 and also obtained a background in sports psychology. Furthered his education by earning a master’s in sports administration from Canisius ‘19
- Joined the staff in the spring of 2023 with primary responsibilities, including baseball, beach volleyball, men’s soccer as well men’s and women’s tennis
- Served as the H2F director of strength and conditioning coach for the 1-325th Battalion Airborne Infantry Regiment
- Responsible for the programming, coaching and consultation of active duty and non-commissioned Army officers
- Created, collaborated and briefed company wide training competitions
- Bridged the gap between soldiers returning rom injury and assimilating back into active duty
- Head Strength and Coach
- Works focus was with football, baseball, and volleyball
- Developed and oversaw all sports performance parameters
- Served as the chief operations officer and head strength coach for the private strength and conditioning facility
- Responsible for the programing and coaching of more than 180 athletes located in two collegiate style weight rooms
- Worked with individuals from nine years of age to professional level in various sports ranging form baseball, basketball, women’s lacrosse, women’s basketball, football, cross country and track and field
- Was elevated to that position after serving as the facility director, where he was responsible for all aspects of business relating to G-Strength as well as oversight of client and coach development
- Began his tenure at G-Strength as a student intern coordinator and was a teacher for 12 weekly sessions
- Held the position of strength and conditioning assistant for three months and was the lead strength and conditioning assistant eight teams
- Trained high end basketball recruits at one of the nation’s top preparatory schools as the school’s assistant strength and conditioning coach
- Worked the spring semester of 2017 as a strength and conditioning intern
- From May of 2016 through December served as Syracuse’s strength and conditioning intern
- Certified strength and conditioning specialist by the National Strength and Conditioning Association

- EXOS – XPS
- Precision Nutrition - Level 1 Certified Nutrition Coach
- First Aid/CPR/AED certified by The American Heart Association
