From your mobile device, go to am.ticketmaster.com/fau and log in. Once logged in, click the tickets tab where you will find all of your active tickets for the season. From there, you can download tickets to your Apple Wallet, Google Pay or transfer tickets to a friend.
On game day, your mobile ticket will work just like scanning your boarding pass at the airport – you’ll scan your phone at the entry.
Q: What Software or Hardware do I need?
1. Digital tickets may be used on any type of smartphone (such as Apple, Android, and Google)
2. Wallet files may only be used on Apple iPhones with the Wallet app. Apple Wallet comes pre-installed as an App from Apple. Wallet is only available on iPhone devices running iOS 6 or later

Q: When should I receive my digital tickets?
Details on timing will be announced at a later date. Tickets will not be viewable on your account until closer to the start of the season. A formal announcement will be sent to season ticket holders with the exact date and time when their tickets will be available online.
Q: How will parking work?
Season parking passes will still be the physical hangtag parking passes, which will be mailed to you.
All single-game parking passes will be mobile-only. The mobile parking pass will appear color-coded based upon your lot. Present the parking pass on your phone at entry to the parking attendant. Please do not screen shot or duplicate any parking passes or tickets and share them, barcodes that show as a duplicate scan will be prohibited from entering into the lot.
Q: What if I lose connectivity / can’t connect my account?
We encourage you to download your tickets to your smartphone before heading to the game and store them in the wallet on your smartphone. If your tickets are on the mobile web browser, avoid clearing out your browser history until after the event. Detailed information on a step-by-step process, as well as a detailed instructional video can be found below. Taking a photo or screen shot of your ticket and saving in your photos app for display at the gate can also mitigate a lack of connectivity when you arrive.
Q: What is the alternative option if my phone breaks, dies, is lost or stolen on game day or prior to arriving?
We recommend making sure your mobile device is fully charged on game day and downloading your tickets in advance to the Apple or Google wallet, however there are options available to you if a problem arises. If you no not have a smartphone, please call 1-866-FAU-OWLS or email tickets@fau.edu
Q: What if I do not have a smartphone?
If you do not have a smartphone, please call 1-866-FAU-OWLS or visit the box office on game day. Please have a valid ID for the name of the account.
Q: What if my guest(s) and I arrive at the venue at different times?
You’ll need to transfer a ticket to each member of your party. This allows you and your guest(s) to arrive at the venue at your own convenience. Once the ticket transfer offer has been sent to your guest(s), they will receive an email instructing them to accept the tickets and add it to their digital wallet.
Q: Can I have multiple tickets on a single phone?
Yes. You can view all of your tickets by swiping left or right on your smartphone. However, we highly encourage you to transfer a ticket to each member of your party to allow for the easiest entry and access throughout the venue.
