Will Call Information
- Will Call (Player, Recruit, Visiting Team, Media, etc.) can be picked up at the ticket table one hour prior to game time through halftime at the main entrance. Public will call can be picked up at the basketball ticket booth.
Child Infant Admission Policy
Everyone ages three (3) years and above must have a ticket to enter the Abessinio Court at FAU Arena. Any child under three (3) must sit in the lap of the parent or guardian and may not occupy a seat.
Refund Policy
No refunds, exchanges or cancellations are permitted unless we are unable to fill your order. Refunds will not be granted due to a game date or time change.
Lost/Destroyed Tickets
The FAU Ticket Office is not responsible for any tickets that are lost. The season ticket holder of record must be present to have duplicate tickets reprinted and issued. No third parties will be issued duplicates for someone else's season tickets. Please contact the FAU Ticket Office if you have any questions regarding lost or destroyed tickets.

Parking
- For complimentary parking, fans should park in the lot next to the arena
- Based on visiting team returns, single-game tickets would be made available on a game-by-game basis. To check on single game ticket availability, call the ticket office at 1-866-FAU-OWLS or click HERE.
Students must claim a ticket online HERE and then get in line. Doors to the arena open for students 90 minutes prior to tip-off. A claimed ticket does not guarantee entry. Students will be admitted on a first-come first-serve basis. Guest tickets are not available for men's basketeball.
