CANCELATION POLICY
IF YOU CANCEL - If cancelation occurs more than 10 business days of your event, you will be refunded 75% of your payment. If cancelation occurs less than 10 business days from your scheduled event date, no refund will be processed.
IF WE CANCEL - In the rare case that we become unable to fulfill a request that has been confirmed (due to illness, personal emergency, etc.), we will make every effort to provide at least 24 hours' notice and arrange or an alternative appearance. A refund will be issued in the event that an alternative appearance cannot be scheduled.

- Members of the mascot team are students, and their academic priorities take precedent over any requested event.
