BOCA RATON, Fla. – Inside the Owls' Burrow, the official weekly television show for Florida Atlantic Athletics, will air episode 7 of season 11 this week. Every 30-minute show this season will air on The Spot stations in the South Florida market.
The Spot, South Florida 39 (WSFL-TV), will air the show weekly on Thursdays at 5:30 p.m. ET in the Miami-Ft. Lauderdale DMA with replays running to be determined. The Spot, South Florida 9 (WHDT-TV), will air the show on Thursday at 6 p.m. ET in the West Palm Beach-Fort Pierce DMA with replays to be determined.
Inside the Owls' Burrow is hosted and produced by Frank Forte and covers FAU sports, featuring player profiles, coach interviews and behind-the-scenes access to all varsity teams. Inside the Owls' Burrow is produced in collaboration with Florida Atlantic Sports Properties (Playfly Sports).
In Forte's weekly sit-down with Hagerty Family Head Football Coach Zach Kittley, the duo will touch on the Owls' road win at Louisiana-Monroe, the first non-conference road win since 2019, and will preview the upcoming Parents Weekend game versus Texas Southern, scheduled for 6 p.m. this Saturday on ESPN+.
Forte will take fans on the field with Special Teams Coordinator Tyler Schovanec, who is mic'd up at practice. "Where Are They Now" will catch up with former Owls cornerback James Pierre as he approaches his 100th NFL game, now with the Minnesota Vikings, and current graduate defensive tackle Blake Burris will also be featured.
