Inside The Owls Burrow Finds New TV Home on The Spot

BOCA RATON, Fla. – Inside the Owls' Burrow, the official weekly television show for Florida Atlantic Athletics, returns for its 11th season this week with a new home. The Owls announced Wednesday a partnership with The Spot stations in the south Florida market to air the 30-minute show each Thursday evening throughout the year.
The Spot, South Florida 39 (WSFL-TV), will air the show weekly on Thursdays at 5:30 p.m. ET in the Miami-Ft. Lauderdale DMA with replays running to be determined. The Spot, South Florida 9 (WHDT-TV), will air the show on Thursday at 6 p.m. ET in the West Palm Beach-Fort Pierce DMA with replays to be determined.
Beginning Thursday, and running weekly throughout the year, Inside the Owls Burrow is hosted and produced by Frank Forte and covers FAU sports, featuring player profiles, coach interviews, and behind-the-scenes access to all varsity teams. Inside the Owls Burrow is produced in collaboration with Florida Atlantic Sports Properties (Playfly Sports).
With the Owls closing in on the football season opener at Florida on Saturday, Sept. 5, Inside the Owls Burrow goes 1-on-1 with Hagerty Family Head Football Coach Zach Kittley to preview the season. The show also features segments with defensive back Damon Allen and guard Vincent Fiacable and dives into the team's summer conditioning program. To cap the show, Forte sits down with new Vice President and Director of Athletics Josh McCowan for an exclusive interview.
