GAINESVILLE, Fla. – Florida Atlantic men's golf continues the spring campaign at the Gator Invitational, beginning Saturday in Gainesville, Florida. The tournament will consist of 36 holes on Saturday and 18 on Sunday. This is the second of six events leading to the American Conference Championship in late April.
The Lineup
The Owls will make one change to the lineup that opened the spring in Jacksonville two weeks ago, with
Jack Brugman set to step into the fifth spot.
NaShawn Tyson, fresh off a tie for sixth in the spring opener, will lead the Owls in the No. 1 position.
Biagio Gagliardi,
Louka Morin, and
Guilherme Grinberg round out the starting five. Saturday's opening round will begin with a staggered shotgun start at 7:20 a.m. The Owls will be paired with UCF and Furman.
The Course
Mark Bostick GC will play as a par 70 at 6,701 yards. This is the 49th consecutive year for this event, tied for the sixth-longest in Division I.
The Field
This week's field will feature 18 teams (including the last three NCAA National Champions) and 99 individuals.

Florida Atlantic, FGCU, No. 10 Florida, Furman, Georgia Southern, Indiana, Jacksonville, Liberty, No. 21 Notre Dame, No. 12 Oklahoma State, Penn State, UCF, UNF, USF, and West Virginia.
