BOCA RATON, Fla. - The Florida Atlantic Coaches Show, presented by Duffy's Sports Grill, moves to Tuesday for the next two weeks (Oct. 27 and Nov. 3). The show takes place from 6 to 7 p.m. at the Duffy's Sports Grill on St. Andrew's Boulevard in Boca Raton.
Â
Fans can join in person or listen live on FOX Sports South Florida 640 AM. This week, Hagerty Family Head Football Coach Zach Kittley will be joined by Tight Ends Coach Jajuan Dulaney as well as Head Men's Basketball Coach John Jakus.
Â
The football team is coming off a nail-bitting homecoming 51-49 victory over Rice and remains undefeated at home. The Owls were led by graduate QB Caden Veltkamp who threw for more than 300 yards for the ninth time in his FAU career, tossed three touchdowns and added another on the ground. But the highlight reel was fifth-year WR/PR Easton Messer. Messer scored an FAU record-tying five times, twice by air, twice by land and once via a record-long punt return.
Â
FAU will travel to Denton, Texas to face North Texas, who is undefeated in American play, in an ESPN nationally-televised game this Thursday, at 7:30 p.m. Eastern. The game will also air audio only on Fox Sports South Florida 640 AM beginning at 7 p.m.
Â
Coach Jakus and staff are putting on the final touches before the Owls open the 2026-27 men's basketball season at home versus LIU on Monday, Nov. 2.
Â
Join the show in person each week for the chance to win trivia prizes and other giveaways and be on the lookout for special appearances from Owlsley.
Â
The Florida Atlantic Coaches Show continues every Thursday from 6-7 p.m., except where noted below. There is no show Thanksgiving week (Nov. 26).
