A LOOK AT THE OWLS
- Florida Atlantic enters Saturday's contest at 6-8 overall and 0-2 in American play. The Owls look to snap a two-game skid after falling against North Texas, 81-56, and Rice, 83-75, to open conference play.

- Memphis enters Wednesday's midweek matchup at 6-9 overall and 0-2 in conference play. The Tigers are on a two-game skid after dropping contests to Charlotte and East Carolina.
- The Tigers are led offensively by Chae Harris, Daejah Richmond, and Tamya Smith. Harris boasts a team-best 13.4 points per game, while Richmond and Smith are also averaging double-figures for Memphis, tallying 11.2 and 10.3 points per game, respectively.
- Richmond paces the Tigers in assists and steals, dishing out a team-best 2.7 assists per game and collecting 2.4 steals per contest.
- On the glass, Smith leads the team with a team-high 5.2 rebounds per game. She also ranks first for the Tigers in blocks, recording 0.9 blocks per game this season.
SERIES HISTORY
- Memphis holds a slight 2-1 lead in the all-time series. The Tigers won both games played in Memphis, however, the Owls won the last meeting between the two programs, earning a 69-62 win in Boca Raton.

- Florida Atlantic fell in a hard-fought 83-75 battle against the Rice Owls this past Saturday.
- Four Owls registered double figures in the contest, led by Gewirtz's first 20-point performance.
