HEAR FROM HEAD COACH LEANN FREELAND
"I feel good about our effort today against Rice. They are one of the best teams in the American. I felt we executed the game plan well. We scored the ball well, but we just have to make sure we're connecting and executing defensively for the full 40 minutes, because they're too good to give up second-chance opportunities or break down defensively at any point, especially in transition. I feel good about the game today, even though it was a loss, and I believe we did get a lot better today."
