BOCA RATON, Fla. – Florida Atlantic women's tennis will open the 2026 season this Friday, Jan. 16 at North Florida, in Jacksonville. The match, scheduled for 1 p.m., will mark the 14th meeting between the two schools.
The match begins a 20-match 2026 slate, working towards a return trip to the NCAA Tournament in May.
The Owls will welcome back five players, including junior Panna Bartha, who has played on the top two courts as an underclassman, as well as the doubles duo of Malwina Rowinska and Lara Smejkal, who were 16-5 a year ago.
