Isabelle Northam was honored as an American Conference Honorable Mention selection, as announced by the league office on Monday.
The honor marks the first American weekly award for the Owls this season and Northam's third career American Honorable Mention selection.
Isabelle Northam anchored the Owls' back row this week, helping lead Florida Atlantic to a 2-1 weekend with sweeps over Kent State and Western Carolina. Northam registered a team-leading 49 digs, averaging an impressive 5.44 digs per set, while also dishing out eight assists across the Owls' three matches. Northam opened the week with 14 digs and an assist in the Owls' sweep over Kent State, before finishing the day with 17 digs and three assists against Texas Tech. She wrapped up the week with a season-high 18 digs and four assists in the Owls' weekend finale on Saturday against Western Carolina.
