BOCA RATON, Fla. – No. 22 Florida Atlantic softball hits the road for a three-game series against American Athletic Conference opponent UTSA. All three games are on ESPN+ with Friday, March 28th's first pitch scheduled for 7 p.m. ET followed by a 1 p.m. ET start on Saturday before the series concludes on Sunday at 2 p.m. ET.
The Owls (29-5, 8-1) will look to continue their hot AAC start that places them at the top of the league standings, taking on a Roadrunners team (14-16, 2-7) that is looking for their first series win.

Florida Atlantic recorded back-to-back comeback wins to clinch the home series versus Charlotte from March 21 to March 23, walking off the 49ers (15-19, 3-6) on Friday, 3-2, before the 10-5 victory on Saturday.
- The Owls are led by Head Coach Jordan Clark in her third season at the helm of the program with a record of 105-41.
- Nationwide, Florida Atlantic is tied for seventh in doubles (59), 14th in hits (297), 33rd in runs (208) and 38th in RBI (184).
- As a team, the Owls lead the AAC in strikeouts thrown (195), fielding percentage (.981) and opponent batting average (.209) and are second in ERA (2.48), hits, doubles, runs, RBI, and batting average (.326).
- Junior Chloe Yeatts, who earned her second AAC Honorable Mention recognition, reached 100 career RBI versus Charlotte. She has a team-leading 36 this season, aided by her team leading six home runs.
- Freshman outfielder Bella Foran is tied for 13th nationwide in hits (47) and is second in the conference in batting average (.480).
- Redshirt sophomore outfielder Kylie Hammonds has reached base in 30 out of 34 games this season.
- Junior pitcher Autumn Courtney is tied for 25th nationally in strikeouts (100) and is second in the conference with 13 victories.
- Senior pitcher Ainsley Lambert leads the NCAA in saves with seven and has the lowest ERA in the AAC (1.68).
- The Owls' 29 wins are tied for third most in the nation. 13 are via a comeback, tied for second most in the NCAA.
- Florida Atlantic is ranked No. 22 by D1Softball and No. 23 by both Softball America and the NFCA Coaches Poll.
- Head Coach Vann Stuedeman is in her second season at the helm of the program.
- Sophomore catcher Kalee Rochinski leads the AAC in hit by pitches with nine.
- Redshirt freshman catcher Makayla Madrid is the team's top hitter with four home runs and 20 RBI.
- Junior pitcher Katia Reyes leads the Roadrunner pitchers with 26 starts and a 4.24 ERA.
- UTSA trails the all-time series with Florida Atlantic, 21-2. The Owls have taken the last 10 matchups, most recently sweeping the three-game series in April of 2024.
Florida Atlantic heads to Miami, facing FIU (24-9) for the final midweek matchup of the 2025 season on Wednesday, April 2 at 6 p.m. The Owls will then host USF (28-9, 7-2) in a three-game series from April 4 to 6, with all games on ESPN+.
