A LOOK AT THE OWLS
- Florida Atlantic enters American play at 6-6 overall and after earning a 60-57 win over FIU in the Owls' non-conference finale.

- The Mean Green are paced offensively by Megan Nestor and Aysia Proctor, averaging 12.2 and 11.3 points per game, respectively.
- Nestor also leads North Texas on the glass, collecting a team-best 11.8 rebounds per game.
- Proctor is the Mean Green's steals leader, tallying 1.5 steals per game.
- North Texas' assists leader is Andi Schissler, who has dished out 2.5 assists per game this season.
- Tionna Lidge paces the Mean Green in blocks, recording 0.8 blocks per game entering conference play.
SERIES HISTORY
- North Texas leads the series between the Owls and the Mean Green, 12-11. However, the Owls lead the series 6-4 when playing in Boca Raton. The Owls will look to snap a four-game skid against the Mean Green. In the last meeting between the two teams, the Owls fell 73-61 against the Mean Green on Saturday, Jan. 25, 2025, in Boca Raton. FAU last earned a win over North Texas on Thursday, Dec. 29, 2022, earning a 66-61 win in Boca Raton.
