BOCA RATON, Fla – Following the conclusion of the 2025 regular season, Florida Atlantic women's soccer forwards Michelle Horan and Hailey Santiago have been named to the American All-Conference teams, while freshman Isabel Bostic was named All-Freshman Team, announced by the league on Sunday morning.
Horan was named All-Conference Second Team after leading the Owls with seven assists on the season for a career high.
"Michelle concludes her college career as one of the most exciting attacking players in FAU history. A four-year player, she has continued to develop her game each season and finished as one of our most impactful players," said Head Coach Patrick Baker.
Horan totaled 3541 minutes in four seasons and started in all 22 games in 2025. The Cape Coral native finished the season with 11 points and two goals, with one of them a game-winner. She finishes her collegiate career with 46 starts in 73 matches, five goals, 14 assists, and 24 points.
"Getting to play four years at the same institution with so many great people in a town that I love has been nothing short of amazing. Regardless of the highs and lows I experienced throughout my career, ending it on a high note with this recognition is sweet, and I'm super grateful to close out my time as an Owl like this!" said Horan.
The New Jersey native Santiago finished her sophomore year with six goals in 22 games, with two of those being game-winning goals.
"Hailey had a tremendous sophomore campaign and really proved she is one of the top forwards in the conference. She continues to grow and develop in our system. We are just scratching the surface of what she can become in the future," said Baker.
Santiago started in all of the matches during the 2025 season. She registered 1,668 minutes to bring her total to 1,950 in her career as an Owl. As a sophomore, Santiago became an impactful player for Florida Atlantic. She concluded her sophomore year, recognized by the American on the All-Conference Third Team list.
"I'm so very thankful for this recognition. said Santiago. "I wouldn't have been able to achieve it without the hard work from my teammates. Having my best friends on and off the field has made me want to work harder for them. I'm also very thankful for my coaches who believe in my abilities and push me every day."
Bostic joined the Owls in the 2025 season from Ponte Verde, Florida.
"Isabel enjoyed a promising freshman campaign - started and played quite a bit in a very competitive midfield. She has shown flashes of being a key contributor in our engine room. We look forward to her growth and development in 2026," said Baker.
Bostic's first collegiate goal was an equalizer in the season opener against Loyola (MD). She made an appearance in 21 games with 13 starts during her freshman campaign. Bostic was named as one of the 11 on the All-Freshman Team list.
"I am so thankful for this All-Freshmen recognition, and I really owe it all to my teammates", said Bostic, "Every single upperclassman put not only me, but everyone else before themselves, which led to my success on the field. I appreciate the time I got with them this season. Also, thank you to my coaches for pushing me to be better every day."
