QUOTABLE
Head Coach Jordan Clark
"This class is replacing arguably one of the best classes in program history with all of their accomplishments. We expect them to come in and be able to compete quickly. This class has every position covered, with speed, power, athleticism, and experience gained from competing at the highest level. We have watched them for many years now, and it's finally time to make it official. We are excited about them as players, but also welcoming their amazing families into ours. Paradise is a special place to be, and the future is bright with this new group of Owls!!"
MEET THE CLASS (Name – Position – Hometown – High School – Club/Travel Team)
Emme Aslan – UTL – St. Cloud, Fla. – Harmony High School – Top Gun National
Aslan was All-Conference in each of her three years playing varsity and was All-State in both 2024 and '25, in addition to being named Offensive Player of the Year in 2024. She holds a high school career batting average of .384 and an on-base percentage of .516.
"Emme was our last addition to this class, but has the ability to make a big splash with her bat. She is strong and has a high hitting IQ that will make her a great hitter at the next level."
Sam Basen – UTL – Jupiter, Fla. – Jupiter High School – Rock Gold Manetta
Basen is a two-time member of the All-Palm Beach County First Team and was a Player of the Year nominee by the Palm Beach Post and Sun Sentinel in 2024 and 2025. In her '25 senior campaign, she led Palm Beach County in triples with eight.
"Sam is a true utility player that can play just about any position on the field. She is gritty and the ultimate team player. We have gotten to watch Sam over the years from camp, and seeing her develop into the player she is today is pretty special."
Olivia Bennett – OF – Blackshear, Ga. – Pierce County High School – Impact Caymol Premier
Bennett was named to the All-Region team four times. In her senior season, she batted .468 and hit 30 home runs while stealing 30 bases and holding a perfect fielding percentage.
"Olivia is a true lefty/lefty outfielder with a ton of athleticism. She moves well and has the ability to change the game with one swing. My favorite memory of recruiting Olivia was watching her make a catch over the fence in Colorado. Despite an injury in the process, she held on to the ball to finish the play. She then came back to the dugout to be the loudest one cheering for her teammates."
Kamryn Hackett – OF – Okeechobee, Fla. – Florida Virtual – Tampa Mustangs
Hackett was selected to the All-County team for Highlands County and named offensive player of the year. She is also a scholar athlete and is a member of the National Honor Society.
"Kamryn is going to be really exciting to watch over the next couple of years. She is a dynamic player that will make a big impact, an all-around player with power, speed, and true utility on the infield or outfield."
Hayden Holloway – Catcher – Bowling Green, Ky. – IMG Academy – Frost Falcons
Holloway has batted .352 and owns an on-base percentage of .416 in her last two years of varsity play. She totaled 25 home runs.
"Hayden is the player that everyone turns their head because of her tall stature when she walks by. She has an above average arm that keeps runners from advancing on the bases. She is a good receiver and will have the ability to make pitchers feel comfortable right away when throwing to her."
Ava Jacobs – Catcher – Thiells, N.Y. – North Rockland High School – Stars National Coleman
Jacobs is batting .355 with a 1.212 OPS for Stars National Coleman 18U. She has been named All-Section and All-League twice.
"Ava is someone that I have watched for a long time. When she is on the field, you notice her right away with her passion and energy she exudes to everyone around her. She is extremely competitive and will find ways to make a difference, whether it's behind the plate or in a big-time offensive moment."
Lucy Mondok – RHP/INF – Tarpon Springs, Fla. – East Lake High School – Tampa Mustangs
Mondok is a three-time Pinellas County All-Conference first team member and was named the FACA 6A District 14 Player of the Year in both 2024 and '25 as well as the Pinellas County Pitcher of the Year in 2023. She also holds the East Lake home run record.
"Lucy is a two-way player who will be able to pitch and make a big impact with her bat. She has great size, and her athleticism will allow her to help us in all aspects. She has the ability to be a big addition on and off the field."
Lily Schlotterbeck – RHP – Williamsport, MD. – Saint James School – Stars National Coleman
Schlotterbeck was named first team Washington All-County for three years and in her junior year was Washington County's Co-Player of the Year after posting a 0.99 ERA with 187 strikeouts in 85 innings. She is the sister of Florida Atlantic's All-American two-way player Trinity Schlotterbeck.
"Lily is another two-way player who will pitch and hit for us. She is a true power pitcher who will have the ability to overpower hitters with size and speed. The future is really bright for Lily, and look for her to do big things in Paradise."
