Coach Jakus Meets with Media on Wednesday

BOCA RATON, Fla. – Florida Atlantic men's basketball Head Coach John Jakus met with the media on Wednesday to speak on facing Florida Tech at home for an exhibition on Thursday and opening the season in Paradise against Boston College on Monday, Nov. 3 at 7 p.m., airing on ESPNU.
Jakus spoke about the Owls' upcoming week, playing against Florida Tech in an exhibition on Thursday, Oct. 30, at 6 p.m., followed by opening the 2025-26 season in Boca Raton against Boston College. It will mark the first time an ACC opponent has made an appearance in the Elly since November 16, 2021, when the Owls faced Miami. The start of the week will also mark homecoming week for Florida Atlantic.
