Traore Named as Weekly Honorable Mention for a Third Time

BOCA RATON, Fla. – For the third time in 2025, Florida Atlantic senior midfielder Aboubacar Traore has been named to the American Conference Weekly Honorable Mention list, the league announced on Monday.
Traore netted the Owls' second goal on Sunday night against Memphis. It was his third goal of the season, and it provided the necessary insurance to seal a 2-0 victory. The Owls have now won five straight overall and seven straight at home. They lead the American Conference by two points over second-place USF and Charlotte with four games to go in the regular season.
Florida Atlantic is back in action on Friday when they travel to Charlotte for a 6 p.m. kickoff.
