BOCA RATON, Fla. – The Florida Atlantic softball team has unveiled powder blue uniforms, the "Paradise Blues" ahead of their highly anticipated 2025 campaign.
For the reigning American Athletic Conference regular season champions, the Owls' new look showcases Paradise in a fresh way, with shading reminiscent of the ocean and palm trees across the jersey numbers.
It was only fitting to debut the digs on the beach, with junior third baseman
Jesiana Mora and sophomore catcher
Corin Dammeier getting early access before a surprise reveal to the rest of the team.
Fans will be able to get their first official glimpse of FAU in powder blue on the opening day of the 2025 season, Thursday, Feb. 6, where the Owls will host Ole Miss at 4:30 p.m. followed by Kansas at 7 p.m. as part of the Paradise Classic.
Head Coach Jordan Clark
"It is pretty special when you can be the first time to bring something new to an athletic department. The reaction to our girls, fans and outside people have been really positive on the new jerseys. We wanted the jerseys to bring a splash of the ocean to the softball field with the colors. We are excited to rock the Paradise Blues on opening night!"
