Owls to Play First Home Match of 2025

BOCA RATON, Fla. – The Florida Atlantic women's tennis team is set to play their first home match of the 2025 season versus Miami on Thursday, Jan. 16 at 11 a.m. at the Kimberly V. Strauss Tennis Center.
FAU opened the new year last weekend in Miami at the FIU Invite versus DePaul, FIU, and Missouri. The Owls' partnership of Lexi Silna and Panna Bartha won doubles matchups on all three days of competition. Freshman Lara Smejkal found victories in two of her three singles matches over the weekend.
This will be the 25th meeting between the two schools and the sixth match hosted by FAU.
