BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – Florida Atlantic men's soccer (2-2-1) begins conference play on Saturday against UAB (2-1-3). Kickoff is scheduled for 8 p.m. EST. The match will be streamed on ESPN+. It's the first of seven AAC matches on the regular season schedule leading up to the postseason tournament beginning November 8.

- The Owls are coming off a month-long homestand where they went 2-1 (not including the Stetson match that they led 3-1 in the 53rd minute before it was suspended due to weather).
- Last Friday, FAU shut out UNF 2-0, led by a brace from striker Mamadou Diarra.
- Goalkeeper Nacho Alfaro made two saves to keep the clean sheet and earned AAC Goalkeeper of the Week for his performance.
