CORAL GABLES, Fla. – Florida Atlantic women's golf (299-295-294—888) (+24) finished tied for seventh at the Hurricane Invitational hosted by Miami on Tuesday. This was the final event of the fall season. The hosts, Miami, won the team title at -12 – the only team to finish under par.

- The Owls were led by Charlotte Perkins and Maddie Rathjen, each in a tie for 24th.
- Perkins had the Owls' low round on Tuesday with an even-par 72 that featured 16 pars, one birdie, and one bogey.
- Rathjen put a cap on her best event of the fall with a one-over 73. The highlight of the day for the freshman was an eagle on the par five seventh hole.
- The Owls had two other rounds of one-over 73. Graduate senior Lena Hassert circled three birdies while freshman Amelia Cobb, competing as an individual, did the same.

The Owls will return to competition in the first week of February when they host the Paradise Invitational at Osprey Point.
