BOCA RATON, Fla. – Florida Atlantic women's golf (+20) finished 13th at the Paradise Invitational on Tuesday. Oklahoma (-28) lapped the field to win by 13 shots over second-place Oklahoma State. The Falcon and Raven courses at Osprey Point GC provided a challenging test for a field featuring four teams ranked inside the Top 50 in Division I entering the week.
- Amelia Cobb delivered the Owls' low round on Tuesday with an even-par 72.
- The freshman played steady, mistake-free golf in all three rounds for the week – she led the field in pars with 46 (in 54 holes).
- Cobb moved up 15 spots on the leaderboard on Tuesday, balancing two birdies with two bogeys in route to a tie for 41st.
- Cobb's fellow freshman Nancy Cox was the Owls' top finisher for the event in a tie for 27th.
- Cox parred 15 of her 18 holes on Tuesday, adding one birdie and two bogeys for her second 73 of the tournament.

The Owls return to action at the Reynolds Lake Oconee Invite in Eatonton, Ga. on February 21.
