Owls Set to Complete Suspended Match from August 29

BOCA RATON, Fla. – Florida Atlantic men's soccer was leading Stetson 3-1 in the 53rd minute on August 29 when lightning called a halt to the match. Nearly two months later, the match is set to be completed on Tuesday at 4 p.m.

The sides will reconvene to play the last 37 minutes at the FAU Soccer Stadium. Prior to the suspension, Mamadou Diarra had a first half hat trick. All three goals were assisted by Sebastian Zettl which ties the FAU single-game record. Diarra's hat trick is the Owls' first since 2014.

The match will be streamed on FAUSports.com. It will also be open to the public. Admission is always free at the FAU Soccer Stadium.
