SAVANNAH, Ga. – Florida Atlantic women's golf returns from a three-week break to compete at "The Southern" hosted by Georgia Southern on Monday.

The Owls will mix up the lineup, bringing in freshmen
Amelia Cobb for her first action and
Maddie Rathjen for her second event. Graduate senior
Lena Hassert will also make the trip and compete as an individual.

Round one will begin with a shotgun start at 8:30 a.m. on Monday. Round two will immediately follow, and the final 18 is scheduled for another shotgun start on Tuesday.

The par 72 Savannah Golf Club is one of the oldest golf courses in America. It will measure out at around 6500 yards for this event.

The field consists of 13 teams and 78 individuals. Charlotte is the other AAC team in the field joining the Owls.
