Owls Win Third Straight

BOCA RATON, Fla. – While Florida Atlantic University students are enjoying spring break, the women's tennis team hosted and won their third match of the week. On Thursday, it was Kennesaw State that fell at the hands of the Owls, with a 4-0 final.
The Owls rode a 1-0 lead into singles play and then saw FAU capture singles courts one, two and three. Martina Kudelova was the first to win her court with a 6-3, 6-2 victory on the top court. Victoria Gomez O'Hayon put the Owls up 3-0 by winning court three and Katerina Filip clinched the match for FAU. The Owls move to 6-9 on the season. Kennesaw State falls to 5-2
