BOCA RATON, Fla. – The Florida Atlantic women's basketball team has finalized its inaugural American Athletic Conference slate. On Wednesday, the league released the official broadcast schedule and tip times for the 2023-24 season. The Owls' schedule features nine home matches and nine away matches, all of which will be broadcast through ESPN on ESPN+.
The Owls will open AAC play on December 30 inside Eleanor R. Baldwin Arena as they welcome the UAB Blazers for a 1 p.m. tip.
Florida Atlantic will then start the new year on the road, heading to the DFW Metroplex to take on SMU on January 4 at 8 p.m., before closing out their road trip at North Texas on January 7 for a 3 p.m. tip.
The Owls will return to Paradise as they welcome UTSA on January 10 for a 7 p.m. tip, followed by Tulsa on January 13 at 2 p.m.
Florida Atlantic will then head to the Volunteer State for a meeting with the Memphis Tigers on January 20 and a 3 p.m. tip.
The team will then return home for a midweek clash against ECU on January 25, tipping off at 7 p.m.
The Owls will close out January on the road heading to Wichita State on January 27 for a 7 p.m. tip, before heading to Birmingham, Alabama to battle the UAB Blazers on January 31, with a tip to be determined later.
Florida Atlantic will open February in Paradise as the Owls welcome Rice for a 1 p.m. tip on February 3.
The Owls will then head to the Tarheel State for a matchup with the Charlotte 49ers on February 7 at 6:30 p.m.
Returning home for another pair of home contests, Florida Atlantic will host Wichita State on February 10 at 2 p.m. and North Texas on February 14 at 7 p.m..
Florida Atlantic will then head to Tampa to take on in-state rival USF for a 7 p.m. matchup on February 17 before heading to the Lone Star State on February 25 to take on UTSA for a 2 p.m. clash in San Antonio, Texas.
The Owls will return home for their final home matches of the season, hosting Tulane on February 28 for a 7 p.m. tip, before welcoming Charlotte on March 3 at 2 p.m. for Senior Day.
Florida Atlantic will close out the 2023-24 season on the road, heading to Philadelphia on March 6 to take on Temple with a tip that will be announced later.
