BOCA RATON, Fla. – Five Owls represented the Florida Atlantic University women's tennis team at the 2023 ITA Southeast Regionals last weekend, while newcomer Panna Bartha reached the semifinals of an ITF pro event. ITA Southeast Regional 2023

While FAU had a good singles showing, it was doubles play where the Owls shined. The doubles team of Victoria Gomez O'Hayon and Mille-Mae Matthews advanced to the tournament's semifinal final. Along the way, Gomez O'Hayon and Matthews downed teams from Georgia Tech, Florida and Georgia.

While the majority of the Owls were at the ITA event, newcomer Panna Bartha competed in her second ITF event of the year and advanced to the tournament's semifinals, which was held in Jackson, Tennessee.
