Redshirt Junior (2022-23)
- Rounded out the fall with a 3-4 tournament record
- Doubles match ended before completion and she fell in singles play to Northwestern
- Picked up a 6-1, 6-3 singles win versus Stetson, after falling in doubles play
- Forced a tiebreak in doubles play before surrendering to FGCU and then picked up a 6-2,6-2 win in singles to help the Owls pull out the win
- Earned a point in singles play with a 6-2, 7-5 win over Georgia State, but fell in doubles
- Singles match did not finish after the Owls clinched and doubles versus DePaul was not played

- Worked with fellow freshman Millie-Mae Matthews to capture court three doubles versus Middle Tennessee and fell in a hard-fought singles match on court five, 6-7 (7-5), 5-4, 1-0 (10-7)
- Versus Georgia State, she and Matthews prevailed 7-5, but GSU won court five singles
- Worked versus Minnesota but saw the Gophers prevail
- Continued to work at Miami and Texas, the nation's No. 1 team, and shifted efforts towards doubles versus Rice and FGCU
- Fell in both doubles matches while in the state of Kansas and her singles match versus Kansas State was unfinished
- Teamed with Martina Kudelova for court one doublesat UNF, but the duo fell 6-1, she then captured court five with a 7-5, 6-1 win
- Doubles play with Matthews was not completed, and she fell to Missouri 6-3, 6-2
- She and Matthews collected a quick doubles victory to help the Owls and then saw her singles match on court four go unfinished versus South Alabama
- Both matches versus Temple were neck-and-neck and neither were completed prior to the match being clinched
- Doubles match versus Butler was halted due to the point being clinch. She then followed up with a 6-1, 6-1, court four, win
- Fell in doubles play to VCU, but captured a long singles match with a score of 7-6 (7-5), 7-5
- Versus Houston she and her doubles partner fell prior to her hard loss in straight sets 7-6 (7-4), 6-1
- Dropped both matches to Boston
- Suffered losses in both matches, the three-set singles match to Yale by retirement
- Saw her doubles match go to UCF and was on the verge of splitting sets in singles prior to the match concluding because the match was clinched
- She and Lexi Silna dropped their doubles match versus Brown and she moved up to court four, but fell in straight-sets
- Continued to work with Silna on doubles court three but fell to FIU and suffered a similar fate on singles court four
- She and Silna took court three versus USF and she was up 6-4, 5-2 prior to her court five singles match ending with the Owls taking the match 4-0
- At the C-USA Championship, her singles match on court three versus Middle Tennessee was scored as unfinished while she fell to Rice on court three in the second round

- Collected her first collegiate career singles victory in UF's season-opening win over Georgia State
- Notched her first collegiate doubles victory in the same match vs. Georgia State

- Rated a 5-star recruit by TennisRecruiting.net, McGinnis was ranked as the No. 54 overall player in the 2020 recruiting class
- One of the best prep players in all of Florida, McGinnis was designated as the No. 11 player in the Southeast region according to the same outlet
- Carried a UTR Rating of 10 and won the USTA 16U National Doubles Championship in 2019
- Best ranking was No. 1 in the state of Florida for 16U.
