BOCA RATON, Fla. – The Florida Atlantic University men's and women's swim & dive teams head to West Palm Beach on Friday for a road meet against Keiser. This will be their last meet on the road before they travel out of state for the Patriot Invitational next month.
Men
- Brandon Shepherd won his second CCSA Diver of the Week award of the season for his efforts against Princeton. He finished in third place on the 3-meter dive with a score of 289.73 and in fourth place on the 1-meter dive with a score of 268.43. Both were season-highs.
- Dalton Lillibridge won both the 100 breast (55.82) and the 200 breast (2:03.53)
- Aleck Peckmann earned a first place finish in the 100 fly (49.90)
- Jackson Kirk placed in second in the 50 free (21.44)
- The 200 medley relay 'A' team (Kyle Douglas, Kirk, Lillbridge, Peckmann) finished in second place (1:32.30)
Women
- Amelia Robertson tallied another win in the 200 back (2:02.97)
- Dolores Margni took first place in the 200 fly (2:05.30)
- In the diving competitions, Alicia Mora had an excellent showing, winning the 3-meter dive with a score of 272.63. and placing in second in the 1-meter dive with a score of 252.08
- Kasia Szlek placed in second in the 500 free (5:10.66)
- Maggie Casey finished in second place in the 200 free (1:57.80) and third place in the 500 free (5:14.40)
- Avery Floyd earned a pair of second place finishes in the 100 breast (1:06.80) and 200 breast (2:22.93)
- Julia Earnshaw logged a second-place finish in the 100 free (53.01)
The Owls will next host Nova Southeastern for a meet on Friday, Nov. 4.
