BOCA RATON, Fla. –The Florida Atlantic University men's and women's swimming & diving teams were defeated by Florida on Saturday. The men's team fell by a 202-92 tally while the women's squad was topped by a 205-89 score.

Rateb Hussein captured first place in the 100 fly as he touched the wall at 48.92. That time is just 1.61 seconds off of his own FAU program record, which he set in 2019
Alec Peckmann put forward a second-place finish in the 200 IM, touching the wall with a time of 1:51.43. He additionally placed fifth in the 200 free, stopping the clock at 1:42.01.
Nick Shaffer was right behind Peckmann in the 200 IM in third place (1:54.85)
In the diving well, Alicia Mora finished in second place in the three meter with a score of 294.60. She also took third in the one meter (286.27)
The men placed two through five in the 100 free, as Peckmann took second (45.75), Jackson Kirk placed second (47.24), Tanner took fourth (47.46) and Brett Sasser was fifth (49.18)
