BOCA RATON, Fla. – Florida Atlantic University's women's tennis team (6-3) saw its second match in as many days determined by a three-set battle on court three. While the Owls won on Saturday, Yale (8-3) prevailed to defeat FAU 4-3 on Sunday.
- The Owls were down 1-0 after doubles play, falling on courts one and two
- With lineup switches throughout the order, May Kimhi was the first to win her match at position No. 4 with a 6-3, 6-0 win to even the match score at 1-1
- Natalie Kallmuzerova completed her match minutes later in straight sets 6-2, 6-2 on court five
- Martina Kudelova battled on court three but won in straight sets 6-2, 6-4 to give the Owls a 3-1 cushion
- Yale pulled within one at 3-2 with a win at position one, tied it at No. 2, and closed out the match on court six with a three-set victory
