Women’s Swimming & Diving Remains in Third at C-USA Championships

ATLANTA – The Florida Atlantic University women's swimming and diving team stands steady in third place after three days at the 2020 Conference USA Swimming & Diving Championships. The team has racked up 295 points to remain 52.5 points ahead of fourth-place Marshall with one day remaining in the championships.

Danica Garbett began finals with an eighth-place finish in the 400 IM with a time of 4:26.23. Molly Jordan completed a 13th-place showing for a time of 4:32.23
In the 100 fly, Grace Molinaro raced her way to 18th (56.90) and Payton Remick followed with 20th (56.98)
Malvina Catalano made history in the 1-meter by tallying a silver medal and a new FAU record score of 306.50. Alicia Mora followed by scoring a 283.90 for fifth place and Taylor Downs took 11th (248.60)
Sarah Martin tallied 13th in the 200 free with a time of 1:52.25. Kelsey Witkay (1:54.38) and Keely Radloff (1:54.75) finished 18th and 19th, respectively
Fatimah Westbrook tallied seventh in the 100 breast with a time of 1:03.36. Haley O'Meara took 11th (1:04.47), Ana Neff-Jendrasko followed in 13th (1:04.78) and Hailee Trotter rounded out in 14th with 1:05.12
Abby Marshall finished fifth in the 100 back with a time of 54.74. Mackenzie Brown followed in 14th with 56.26 and Miranda Fellowes finished 18th (57.17)
The 400 medley relay team rounded out the night in fifth place with a time of 3:45.17. Marshall, Westbrook, Atkins and Brown finished in 3:45.17
