BOCA RATON, Fla. --- Despite posting its best score (299) in the final round, the Florida Atlantic University women's golf team finished 16th at the Moon Golf Invitational in Melbourne, Florida. Only eight strokes separated teams 13-16, as FAU shot a 45-over-par 909 overall.
"We continue to improve as a program and one of the ways we are doing that is elevating our competition in a big way," said Neff. We are a young team and continue to improve. We will get better in the next two weeks and be eager to tee it up in Gainesville for the Lady Gator."
