Boltinskaya Finishes as Runner-up at Turkey Brawl

BOCA RATON, Fla. - Over Thanksgiving weekend, Natalia Boltinskaya of Florida Atlantic University women's tennis won three of four matches and earned a runner-up finish at a tournament here in Boca Raton.
Playing in the women's open singles draw in the 2020 UTR Turkey Brawl in the Park, held at the Rick Macci Tennis Center, the second-seeded Boltinskaya won in straight sets in each of the first three rounds. She defeated Isabella Aguiar (6-2, 6-3) and Natalie Oliver (6-0, 6-2) on Friday, and Adesuwa Osabuohien (6-2, 6-3) in the semifinals Saturday, before falling in the finals to the top seed, Maria Timofeeva, later that day.
