Day 1 Divide and Conquer

BOCA RATON, Fla. – The Florida Atlantic University women's tennis team split the squad and saw the Owls capture five of six matches played in Milwaukee Wisconsin, and six of the 11 matches played in Coral Gables, Florida despite the south Florida rain and interruptions.
"The competition in the 2019 Milwaukee tennis classic is top notch," said Wheelen. "The best of the best is competing and there will not be an easy match. The fact that all four girls won their first rounds, three of them being freshman, is so impressive, but not surprising because they have put in so much work since the first day they arrived on FAU's campus. These girls are motivated and excited to show why they became FAU Owls."
