BOCA RATON, Fla. – The Florida Atlantic University men's basketball team finishes its regular season in a rematch with Marshall on Saturday.

- The Owls (17-13, 8-9 C-USA) lost their final regular season home game to Lousiana Tech 72-69 on Wednesday night.
- Karlis Silins scored a career-high 19 points in addition to pulling down six rebounds.
- Anthony Adger had 17 points and five rebounds.
- Xavian Stapleton posted 16 points and seven rebounds.
SERIES HISTORY
- Saturday's meeting is the ninth all-time between FAU and Marshall.
- The Thundering Herd are 3-1 against the Owls at home.
- Marshall won the first meeting this year, 96-84 in Huntington.
- Michael Forrest scored a career-high 32 points in the game, while Aleksandar Zecevic posted his first career double-double (13 points, 10 rebounds).
SCOUTING MARSHALL
- Marshall (17-13, 10-7) has had an up-and-down conference season, starting C-USA play 5-0, then losing seven of their next eight, before beginning its current four-game win streak.
- Senior Jon Elmore is fourth in the conference at 20 points per game and he recently became C-USA's all-time leading scorer.
- Elmore's classmate C.J. Burks is sixth in C-USA, chipping in 17.7 per outing.
- The Herd is second in the league in scoring at 80.5 per contest.
