BOCA RATON, Fla. – Martina Kudelova and Natalia Boltinskaya have been invited to represent Florida Atlantic University and the FAU women's tennis team at the 2019 Oracle ITA National Fall Championships in Newport Beach, California, an event that issues just 40 invites.
The duo will travel to the Newport Beach Tennis Center for the women's event, which is scheduled to start Wednesday, and run until Sunday, Nov.10.
Kudelova holds a 7-2 singles record this fall and is preseason ranked No. 51 nationally. Kudelova, a sophomore, will attempt to build upon her tournament record to improve her national record in singles
Boltinskaya has been praised by the FAU coaching staff throughout the fall for her leadership and court play. She will use those skills when she teams with Kudelova for doubles play. The duo had just one opportunity to work together this Fall and posted a 2-1 record at the SE Regional Championships.
