BOCA RATON, Fla. – Florida Atlantic University softball head coach
Joan Joyce has announced the signings of seven student-athletes to their National Letters of Intent. Six of the seven players are from the state of Florida, with three of them located within 30 miles from campus, while the other signee hails from Delaware. Each of the seven will be eligible to play for the 2020 season.

Raegan Conley
Position: Catcher
Hometown: Wellington, Fla.
High School: Wellington
Club/Travel Team: Tampa Mustangs TJ
Expected Major: Pre-med

Conley is a two-time All-State Second Team honoree. Last season as a junior, she batted .262 with a .338 on-base percentage and 14 RBI. She also succeeds in the classroom, while serving as a member of the National Honor Society.

Coach Joyce's Take on Conley:
"Raegan is a very good catcher. She plays with the Tampa Mustangs TJ, and that team plays very competitive softball. They play in the Premier Girls Fastpitch Nationals and have done very well, finishing in the top-7 almost every year. She will be a very good catcher and hitter for us, and she is very smart."

Kaitlyn Cunningham
Position: Outfield
Hometown: Boca Raton, Fla.
High School: Olympic Heights Community
Club/Travel Team: South Florida Elite
Expected Major: Criminal justice

Cunningham is a three-time All-Country and All-Conference First Team selection for softball. She is also a four-year member of the Olympic Heights Community volleyball team and was named to the Palm Beach County Second Team following her junior season. An all-around athlete, Cunningham is a former level 9 gymnast. Cunningham also delivers in the classroom, as a three-time Scholar Athlete Certificate of Achievement honoree.

"Kaitlyn is an outfielder and pitches, so she might be able to help us in the circle. She is coming to us because she is an outfielder and we have high hopes for her to be a really good hitter for us."

Jalynn Ford
Position: Infield
Hometown: Palm Harbor, Fla.
High School: Palm Harbor University HS
Club/Travel Team: Tampa Mustangs Maguire
Expected Major: Physical Science

After three years of playing high school softball, Ford has tallied a .363 career batting average. She had her breakout season during her sophomore year, in which she batted .400 with 19 runs, 26 hits, 22 RBI and seven doubles. Ford was the only freshman who played in the state championship game and also has earned her way on the Honor Roll.

"Jalynn is a corner player, either third or first base. She plays with the Tampa Mustangs Maguire, which plays highly competitive ball, playing in tournaments that feature the best teams in the state in Florida. She will be another kid that will be a good hitter."

Zoey Jones
Position: First Base/Outfield
Hometown: Wilmington, Del.
High School: Padua Academy
Club/Travel Team: Rock Gold-Waye
Expected Major: Exercise Science and Health Promotion

Jones is a three-time All-Conference honoree. She earned All-State Second Team distinction after successful sophomore and junior seasons.

Coach's Take on Jones:
"Zoey can play either first base or outfield. She is a lefthanded hitter and another one that is going to be a critical hitter for us and definitely has some pop in her back. She plays with a club team in Pennsylvania and is our first signee from Delaware."

Holley Peluso
Position: Outfield
Hometown: Sarasota, Fla.
High School: Riverview
Club/Travel Team: Sarasota Heat Dover
Expected Major: Business

Peluso is coming off her junior season having batted .355 with six runs, 11 hits and three RBI. The outfielder is a three-year varsity starter and team captain for the Riverview High School softball team. Peluso is a three-time Scholar Athlete honoree, Moral Caption and Officer for the Dance Marathon Club and part of the IBCP program.

"Holley will be another outfielder and will be certainty in contention for centerfield. She is a fiery, good, fast hitter."

Cammeo Presutti
Position: Outfield
Hometown: Fort Pierce, Fla.
High School: John Carroll Catholic
Club/Travel Team: Lady Gators
Expected Major: Exercise ScienceÂ

Presutti commenced her high school career with a 2017 World Series victory in Jensen Beach. She went to state with John Carroll Catholic during her first three years, while winning state her freshman year and coming in as the runner up this past 2019 season. Despite the many accomplishments Presutti has earned, she credits her biggest one as signing her NLI to play softball at FAU.

"Cammeo is another outfielder, who is coming to us because she has some speed. She is projected to be another kid that can be able to hit."

Breanna Robine
Position: Infield
Hometown: Palm Beach Gardens, Fla.
High School: Palm Beach Gardens
Club/Travel Team: South Florida Elite
Expected Major: Physical Science

Robine is the two-time Defensive Player of the Year at Palm Beach Gardens High School. Between her sophomore and junior seasons, she racked up a .369 batting average. She is coming off a superb junior season, having batted .412 with 37 runs, 40 hits and five doubles. Outside of softball, Robine has been named to the Honor Roll.

"Brenana is a speedster and an infielder. She is a scrappy kid who will help us out on the field and up bat."
